Where can I download 1.9 patch and save it to my PC ? I've downloaded DX11 pack and it requires this patch to be installed.

Took them long enough. After the **** storm this game was, I really don't have much faith in this patch being any good.
Chances are it's gonna be a $25 DLC as well.
