First off, I submitted a help request to mycrysis.com's site support center regarding a few issues I've been having with my MyCrysis account TWICE, and I still haven't gotten a response! I couldn't use the forums for help either! The site kept logging me out every time I tried accessing them. I just regained the ability to use the forums today. What does it take get some help? I'm so aggravated that issues mycrysis.com had during Crysis 2's launch STILL EXIST. This is ridiculous. And unprofessional.

...okay. I feel little better now that I've vented.

So, on to business:

Issue 1) The last time I logged into mycrysis.com (it's been about a month now) I used my Crysis 2 Unique Nickname instead of my e-mail address and now I can't log in using my e-mail address at all (I get the "Oops something went wrong there. Username/password of your in-game account do not match MyCrysis account." error message).

Also, every time I log in using my Crysis 2 Unique Nickname, I now keep getting the typical "Welcome to MyCrysis" page as if I created a new account. Using my Crysis 2 Unique Nickname to log into mycrysis.com has never been a problem before and I haven't had issues with using my e-mail to log in since Crysis 2 was released. Please help!

Issue 2) I've never been able to get my Crysis 2 multi-player stats to show up on my MyCrysis profile page and I wanted some help getting that resolved (if it matters, I play on both Xbox 360 & PC versions). I was actually looking for help on this topic the day I ran into the above mentioned issue and subsequently lost the ability to use the forums.

Issue 3) When I click on "Edit profile" my profile name changes from my Crysis 2 Unique Nickname to my Xbox Live Gamertag. Why is that and is it somehow tied with the 2nd issue I'm having?

I had a similar problem where by only log in in i create new accounts, i did contact Cry-Tom and he resolve the problem, try to contact him.

Well, it's been about 4 days since I sent Cry-Tom a PM detailing my situation and asking for help, but I haven't heard back from him, yet. And I STILL haven't heard back from the mycrysis.com website support team about either of the TWO help requests I submitted.

What does it take to get some help around here? Who's running this show, anyway? I can't believe how unprofessional this website is set up and managed. It's no wonder so many of us are extremely aggravated. This is BS.

Did you check if he receive the privet message?

No, I'm not sure how to do that. I know how to check whether or not the message went through, which it did, but not how to tell if he actually read it.

Regardless, it's been a few days now and I just can't believe it's so difficult to get some decent help from either the site support team or the moderators.

So you say he open the message? If so and he haven't respond to you...well, don't know what to say.

I guess your only choose is to wait, and if he does not respond just keep insisting.

Who knows, on the end it may be better we make a forum our selfs :P

Yeah, it looks like I'm going to have to wait. Site support isn't responding either. So I really don't have a choice.

I can't believe how poorly this site was setup and how poorly it's maintained. This is so unprofessional. God help you if you've got a technical issue with the site. If you do, you're practically stuck with it. *face palm*

It probably would be better if we had our own fan forum. :-P

If you see a 1 in outbox i think that means he haven't open yet(I m not sure, don't remember really good). I will send you a pm to know it exactly.

There use to be two mods, when i come the other one was already gone. But yea, theres no excuse for this, even more in an official web. I m sure Cry-Tom will help you with it(don't see why he wouldn't).

EDIT: I just send the PM and now its outbox 2(i have another unread PM). I'm pretty sure you haven't open it yet, so if you have the number on outbox means he haven't open it yet. Let me know when you open the PM to be 100% sure, now i m just 99,9% sure :P

I think you might be right. The number next to the Outbox folder probably signifies how many outgoing messages haven't been read yet. We'll find out.
